Submission Dead-line
In this conference, we will bring together international experts to explore our current understanding of the basic pathobiology as well as new and future therapies for neonatal diseases. Below is the link to submit your abstract in any topics in neonatology. These abstracts if accepted will be evaluated by the international experts in order to nominate the winners.
Abstract submission Dead-line is till March 21st, 2013.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and evaluated for appropriateness and overall quality.
Accepted Topics
Abstracts can be submitted to any of the following topics:
1) Cardiovascular
2) Delivery Room Management,
3) Respirology
4) Genetics
5) Endocrinology
6) Gastroenterology Nutrition
7) Infectious Disease
8) Nephrology
9) Developmental Outcome F/U
Other Neonatology topics for presentations will be accepted. Please bear in mind that the Scientific Committee will decide the suitable presentation type of each abstract also the date and time of presentation. The Committee will also decide the topic that abstract will be presented under.
General Requirements
Being registered for the Conference attendance is a must for Authors before submitting abstracts for the Committee’s review. Materials that were previously published or presented at this meeting or any other international conferences will not be accepted. Author may present an only one paper, however he/she may be a co-author for more. Authors will be notified about the results of their abstract evaluation before March 30th, 2013. All accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts of the Meeting. Should an Author wish to withdraw an abstract, a withdrawal request must be submitted before March 20th, 2013; otherwise the papers will be published in the Meeting abstract book and/or posted on the Conferences website if accepted.
Formatting Guide
Abstracts should be presented in English language, as a Microsoft Word Document, worded in not more than 300 words (excluding names and affiliation details). Kindly use “Tahoma” font sized at “10pt” with a single Line-Spacing. Please make sure that the abstract title will be typed in UPPER-CASE letters. The family name(s) of the Author(s) should be written in lower case preceded by the first name(s) of the Author(s) written in full. The presenting author’s name must be written in bold. All authors’ affiliation details [department, institution / hospital, city / town, state (if applicable) and country] should be written under the names, preceded by the correspondence indices. The affiliations should NOT be mentioned in the abstract text. The abstract should be divided in the following section (titles being typed in lower case and in bold): Introduction – Purpose – Material – Methods – Results – Conclusions. The text may include standard abbreviations, tables, diagrams and photographs, as long as they remain within the page margins and the total amount of words does not exceed the above mentioned limit.
